Our second time here and we were disappointed. Still a great location, close to the beach and all the amenities of Parikia. However there were several things not up to standard. We were continually getting only cold water and were given an improbable reason of the solar hot water system only providing water later in the day, (my one at home is supplemented with normal heating and provides hot water 24/7). To add insult to injury some days we got no water (hot or cold) at all. Areas of the hotel need a coat of paint and a good clean up.

We stayed a week at Magginas in 2014 and had a great stay. Initially we had a couple issues with our room but the owners were happy to help. Very friendly & helpful which made all the difference. I think if you're able to relax into the Paros way of life a little Magginas is a great spot to be.

Stayed here for 2 nights with my wife. It was great, close to everything in town and less than 10 minute walk from the port. We came in the off season and the owners were gracious enough to upgrade us to a larger room. I think we were the only residents at the time, haha!
The owners were very friendly and gave good reccommend actions on places to eat.
The shower was not great, there was no holder for the shower head. And the water barely got warm.
Overall it was a pleasant stay!

Tidy, clean and comfortable, rooms are a good size and well fitted out. Owner s are helpful and pleasant people. Close to town and port, plenty of restaurants about and only a few minutes to the beach.

First impression: the room was not exactly as the ones we saw on the photos: marble with black veins on the floor, dark brown old bed, strange smell. Anyway we were happy to be in Paros so that we didn't emphasize that. Then I'll try to be short: we come back after dinner and we found a BIG cockroach on the WC.. not ok but if it would be one.. after few minutes another one in front of our bed! we woke up the owner and he came with a cockroach insecticide.. had he that because he knew that cockroaches are in the rooms? he told us it’s a problem of the island.. it could be possible but maybe it should be taken under control at least in the customers rooms? I didn't had the feeling that all the tourists in the island slept with cockroaches.. We couldn't sleep when another cockroach probably under our bed, smelling the product started running out in the room.... I don't want to add comments, just the facts. We went away the second day but to find another room we used the morning and the owner's wife asked us to pay also the second day because it was late for them to book the room to other people.
