Worst Stay Ever
Robin Gon 07/10/2017 03:57Absolutely horrible. Please do not stay here. Had some visitors in town and I didn't want to drive far from where I live. Other hotels in the area were booked up so we decided to try this location. Owner (Female) was extremely rude and asked us a million times whose credit card we were using despite showing her my drivers license to match the card. Also when she ran card for way more than price we were quoted she then proceeded to tell us about taxes etc. She quickly dismissed us as if we were nobody and proceeded to issue us a refund and tell us we need to use our brains and think. I actually thought I was being punked and a celebrity was going to jump out with a camera crew. Please do not stay here. Spend your money elsewhere.

Jobbie Aon 09/05/2017 13:58The worst customer service I ever had in my life. Went in at 3 am the attendant was sleep and didn't want to check me in. Very nasty attitude. Take your money for that filthy rat hole and don't even get a smile. The lady is very mean. Run fast as you can. Not worth any amount of money. Messed my whole day up. Grass not cut. They are only out for the money. I had to pick a circle to rate it. That 1 is eating it too high. Don't let the pictures on the internet fool you.

Shontania Hon 06/08/2016 05:56On our way to the movies my boyfriend's car broke down. We walked to the hotel to wait for help and the people FORCED us to wait outside. She literally shooed us. They are EXTREMELY rude. I would never stay here.
Not great, but it'll do in a pinch
LMM1983on 29/09/2015 20:53When your nice hotel in Waxahachie books you for 2 rooms/1 night instead of 1 room/2 nights, sometimes you end up at a place like this last minute. Pretty gross, old, smelly... but didn't see any bugs and didn't have any problems.

This hotel poorly repsented the Wyndham hotels. Bugs in the room, house keeping failed to clean the room. Management failed to rectify my concerns. I seen the owner/manager vacuuming the filters instead of buying new ones. The hotel smelled like Indian food, because the owners lived on the property and they cooked everyday, which stinked up the whole 1st floor.
