If you are travelling on a budget and want to get a good night's rest - this is the best place. It's located on the main road and the rooms are quite good. It's well stocked, clean and comfortable.
Breakfast, though complimentary is a bit of a let down since there isn't much.

The rooms are large, with a pantry and sit out. The place is clean and neat. The breakfast is complimentary. They will prepare what you require as per their menu.
Worth the stay for an affordable rate.

Maia Beacon Residences located at happening Indiranagar offers well-equipped rooms with kitchenettes and DVD players. Plenty of excellent restaurants and pubs within a kilometre.
Perfect studio apartment is perfect den for working professionals. Rooms are spacious though but are not well lit. A/c system is bit funny as it automatically switches on ( centrally controlled). Wifi connectivity is weak. Electrical sockets weren't easy accessible for mobile charging.
Restaurant is at terrace with minimal options.
For a day it is ideal place

In the picture it looks very good, but the place is very Basic. You could get a better place in the same rate in Indira Nagar area. Breakfast was poor. Difficult to find, we got lost coming back to hotel in the night.

My stay was good no doubt, but there was one thing i got really offended about. When there are no requests for the room to be done the following morning, the staff should respect it. They did the opposite. We found our room done perfectly, clothes kept on the chair, our closets unlocked and pillows neatly arranged. We did not ask for it. Respect privacy. This was one thing for which i would never book this hotel again.
Not to mention the AC was not working, and couple other minor glitches.
