This hotel is in the pedestrian area of Strasbourg - beware if using Sat-Nav GPS, do not aim for the hotel but the Indigo car park behind it. The entrance is grand and the staff are efficient and polite. Happy to speak English. The room was tiny, probably a servants room originally. The bed was comfy. Breakfast was a disappointment, we pointed out that the juice carafe was sticky and the staff gave a Gallic shrug and did nothing. The tables had paper cloths and the room could not make up its mind what it was.

Great Hotel in Strasbourg center, next to everything, great big rooms with big bathrooms, super breakfast, so tasty with 3 connected breakfast rooms with a breakfast table for each room to make it less crowded.
We booked 2 double bedrooms and we received 2 twin bedrooms, this was the only hiccup and when we asked about it at the reception, they replied that they are fully booked.

Recently stayed at Maison Rouge for a two day vacation. We were greeted warmly by the multilingual staff. Our room was spacious, clean, and cool. We were very happy to have air conditioning. Also, we were on a reasonably busy street, but at night it was quiet courtesy of the automatic shades on each window. Breakfast is included in your stay and it was excellent. Great hot and cold meats, cheeses, breads, yogurt, and a variety of beverage options. The location is perfectly located in relation to all the beautiful sites of Strasbourg. I would highly recommend this hotel to any visitors to Strasbourg.

I have been trying to think of something critical to say about this hotel, and I cannot think of anything. The hotel is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and lovely. The staff is friendly and professional. Breakfast was delicious. Our whole group was much happier for the two nights of wonderful sleep we got while staying here. They have full window shades to block out light and our room was very quiet.
The location is perfect. We could walk to just about anything we wanted to. Great places to eat, drink, and shop just steps away.
Only criticism: Wifi was a bit temperamental, but honestly that wasn't all that big of an issue.
Stay here. Just do it.

The hotel is one block away from the parking. It's not a private parking and they charge 45 euros the day BUT if you stay in this hotel they'll validate your ticket on the check out and goes down to 18 euros a day.
The room was big and beautiful, fully equipped and renovated, with amazing view of the cathedral.
Bagelstein in front of the hotel is a great place to have lunch and there's a Starbucks one block away great for breakfast. Round a block there's a great pub and a sushi place to but really good food and eat in your room.
