Hotel location was very good, it gives beautiful view of snow mountains and Beas river flowing just from in-front of the hotel. Food was also good and staff was helpful. The only bad thing was bathroom..... commode was leaking and it was the worst experience.
Hotel location was near to the market, just 1 - 1.2 kms. and you can walk down to the market place.

Sweet people . Great food , away from the crowd... decent rooms. Very close to Vashisht . For a solo rider I loved it. The staff is so helpful and the owner of this place is also very kind. Loved the breakfast and the Biriyani here.

Not sure what's worse being charged twice for a night and having to argue with the manager about it and then still have to pay. OR
Booked best room in the hotel and having to ask twice for sheets, towels and toilet paper!!
The toilet leaks all over the bathroom floor, the basin has more water pressure than the shower. No curtains in room so sun shines in from 5.00 am
When going to the room at night they follow right beside you up the 4 flights of stairs Turing all the hall lights off.
It's a dump run by thieves. Better off sleeping anywhere else but here.

No complementary breakfast even though promised at time of booking by Booking.com.Food was good and service also.No coffee/tea maker in room. TV is absolutely useless. We had 2 cottages instead of 4 double rooms. They are spacious and had good view. Basic facilities were just OK.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 days. While booking they said that they have 24 hours service but when i asked for tea at 5:30 in morning they replied that it can be available only after 6:00 AM. Also we have wait for atleast half an hour for the water bottles to be delivered if we asked for it.
