This hotel is located in log huts area. Hardly 3 km from the bus stop, my stay was worth spending my money for .
If i rate their services i will rate at higher only . Major requirement is heater and hot water which is 24 hours available
Only issue i had to face was with their travel desk rest all amazing .

the staff was very good, good food and the best place to leave with a full view of nature and fun the rooms are very cozy, and with a good homely stay, staff was very polite and helpful with good food....a good place to look in manali from all the hazzele but nr the market

To start with the food was 3/5 the quality of food was very nice but taste was very bland...the room were nice and clean with good decor and with got heater with no extra cost which was realy nice and bad part is they dont have a lift so if u going with elderly pple then take the ground floor as they also have basement room as hotel is on the hills and best view is in studio room nly which is on the 3 floor so to climb 3 floor daily is nt that easy...staff was realy nice and helpfull to guide about nearby area.

Hotel is good but staff is rude....
Buffet food quality is average and some things repeated continuesly in 2 dinners
Location of hotel is excellent if you are planning to stay there ask them to provide valley view rooms on upper floors

The property is old and incomplete (terrace is being built). The rooms in the top floor has a wonderful view but gets awfully cold (due to the thin curtains) at night and hot during the day. Moreover, the washroom in those rooms is small and not upto the mark. More suited for couples in honeymoon than for families.
The rooms in the ground floor are spacious and perfect for family stays. However, the far room may be avoided as it has no view.
Staff very cooperating.
