Stayed for a night. Rooms were nice.
Linens and Towels were dirty.
Games rooms had lot of games - like badminton , snooker
Carromboard and TT. But snooker had not adequate balls, carrom dnt have striker , tt rackets were very old, badminton rackets were only 2 and one was old.
When asked for items from reception - we were told, not available.
Staff was ok (not rude but not polite either).
Food was very nice (pure veg restuarant & jain food also available)
Location was good.

Our recent visit to Igatpuri we stayed there with family. Location is good exactly opposite to Camel Valley. Amenities are not up to the mark. Service was very bad. No response given by room service. food was OK. NOT satisfactory services provided by Resort. Over PRICED as per services.

The resort location is good as it's located in the valley itself. It's an average resort in terms of amenities and facilities.
The services are okay. The food in the buffet is of no use. I recommend to go for alacart only.
The hotel staff is polite however the response/ turnaround time is too much.
Enjoyed my stayed in the resort.

So this hotel has only rooms, pool and a spa as of now.
BEWARE of the SPA service because it is mentioned in the reception desk that they will give you 20% discount and also the spa person mentioned to us there is a 20% discount but when we finally decided and went to take the service she told us that there is discount on only the 1 hour and 90 min massages which cost like 3500 per person.
I have been to several hotels that give SPA facility but I found that the prices are over and above the general spa prices that other hotels charge. For 500 worth spa they charging 800 and they actually not offering any minimum discounts.
First of all this is a new hotel they should be offering discounts because they dont even have a game room made for the guests. Igatpuri is a place to relax so families primarily come for spending time.
Service is okay. FOOD IS very nice but staff is unaware and confused most of the times. Some of them say buffet breakfast is available but when we reached it wasn't available at all.
DESSERTS WERE UNAVAILABLE :/
Only basic ice cream and gulab jamun were available. Nothing unusual !!
IF YOU want only stay and food and are ready to pay around 4500 per room then go ahead because u won't get to have anything more than swimming pool.
Room decor is fine. Bathrooms are not up to the mark because they haven't made them yet I guess. Bathrooms don't have fittings to keep soap/shampoo while bathing. It gets very inconvenient.
Think and go is all I can say. during breakfast they had only a couple of waiters serving so everything was getting delayed. We waited for our tea for almost an hour and then we left but they charged us for the tea also. Later after complaining we got our remittance.
I AM UPLOADING SOME PHOTOS OF HOW WE GOT FOOLED BY SPA PERSON. Also we had asked for the bill the same day but we weren't given any bill. Next day they got the bill with a new date. I don't get this thing now whether
they fooling the customers or the hotel.
Let me again mention they have written you wil get discount but it's only for 1 hour and 90 mins massages not on the entire spa menu.
I hope they update their terms and conditions.
