We had booked this resort for our office picnic. Stayed for 1 night.
Overall it was an okay experience.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with modern design features.... esp the toilet is well designed with a large picture window. The room is missing such a view but almost makes up for it with a balcony.
The cleanliness of the furniture and furnishing is acceptable.
The biggest positive is the property which is of a reasonable size and has nice plantations.
Amenities include
a swimming pool (not clean as the filtration is inadequate)
A snooker table... totally spoilt as it is kept outdoors
The biggest let down is
The ceramic tiles surrounding the pool, which are very slippery and dangerous. We had 3 accidents within our group, 1 resulting in jaw fracture
The staff needs to improve on their hospitality skills
The food is inexplicably expensive and not enjoyable at all.
The experience wasn't worth the money spent ( even though we had got a discounted price)
Will think twice before revisiting

Very nice, small place with beautiful ambience and privacy and close to nature.
We were 7 of us who visited this property recently for a weekend and it turned out to be really good. The hotel has huge rooms and also the service was excellent. The owner of the hotel, Ms. Leena was at the property when we reached and she helped us out and explained us the amenities and showed us the pool etc. Also, the food was awesome. The staff was very well mannered and humble and courteous in every way. Jayesh was really helpful. Since a couple of us had specific food diet (Jain), they made the food as per our requirement and surprisingly it was really tasty.
The location is also decent. Once you get down at Mandwa jetty, there are readily autos available for the same. Also the buses can drop you until Chondhi Naka and from there its hardly 3-4km and you can get autos easily.
Beach is hardly 3-5min walk from there. Also there are 2 swimming pools, 1 is the bigger 1 - common and the other is a smaller one which is very cozy and if you are a small group, you can get use that pool (exclusively for your group only). We had a blast in this hotel and would definitely recommend this property for a short stay/weekend stay.

We recently booked Mango Villa via Airbnb. It's a private villa which was adjacent to Mango Beach House. The same staff of Mango beach house attended to us too. There are two mini villas with a bedroom in each- you can view it in the image attached. One side of the villa has a kitchen, living room, attached bathroom. The second one is just a big bedroom with one double bed and a single bed with an attached bathroom. The third bedroom is more for the help/driver you could probably take along on a family trip. We had our own swimming pool which was an absolute treat. The beach is literally 5 minutes walk from the back gate of our villa. The property is a little towards the inside from the main chodni bus stop. So if you want to get away from the hustle, this is perfect. There are quite a few frogs at the property which got us a little freaked out but that's maybe due to the monsoon season but they're harmless so it was fine. It's a massive property which is tastefully done ideal for a group of friends or family to spend a relaxing weekend. It's been put on the Airbnb quite recently. So you should definitely check it out. Since we were a group of 6 it fit in our budget quite well.
It was a really nice quick getaway for us all from the crazy city life.

Mango Beach house located in Alibag has in Kihim and Awas both have their own Identity.Awas has 10 Rooms every room facing the green nature,centred with Swimming pool, has Group Dinning and Bar in centre.Food is sexcellent,u can have teh Parcels also from neighby restaurants. Family get together excellent place

Good place overall. The staff is courteous and the food is good.
Few tips - There's no television. The WiFi is not given in the rooms.
The swimming pool is though clean but it could have been better...
