The rooms are not that great, need more polishing and maintenance. The bathroom is quite small compared to the rooms. Overall staffs need more grooming and client servicing training. The restaurant staff particularly need more guest servicing training, the service is quite slow and breakfast should have more option for guest and better taste..

The hotel is a MMT assured hotel for good reasons. I had been to Nagpur on official visit and chose this hotel as it was close to Civil lines where I had my work and also because I got a good deal on the room pricing.
i) Swift check-in process. Did not have to wait long.
ii) The base category room could have been a bit larger as there is no real space to move around.
iii) 5/5 for cleanliness. The quality and cleanliness of the linen and towels was perfect.
iv) Room service was apt both in terms of timing and quality of service.
v) Had a brief issue pertaining to hot water being available in the shower but that was handled in a timely and polite manner and reconfirmation was also provided about the issue being resolved.
vi) Buffet breakfast spread could have been better. But covers your basic i.e. paratha, eggs to order, bread butter and other confectioneries tea/coffee
vii) Staff is polite, courteous and prompt.

My family had been to Nagpur for a holiday and we decided to stay at the Mango Hotels, on CA Road. It was a memorable visit with a lot of local sight seeing and a wonderful visit to Tadoba National Park. We stayed at Mango Hotels for the entire duration of our holiday and I must say the property is very well maintained, the staff is very friendly and courteous and the icing on the cake is the attached restaurant. Super tasty food and exceptional service by the people who served us in the restaurant.
Full value for money on this visit, would highly recommend a family or a business stay over at this property.

You will be shocked when you see the Hotel, its location, and will seem to be some commercial structure.
This Hotel - do not go by the looks of it.
It is a gem, hidden waiting to become famous.
Yet not having the air conditioned corridors, congested location for a lift and many such shortcomings but, it goes a long way in comforts. The room is lovely, Cozy, I should say. The Washrooms are good, the study table tucked into a corner, perfect use of space. The people who work there are young and helpful. A good restaurant tucked into the space . No need to go anywhere for food. Pocket friendly. It is located in close proximity to all that you need, even the Empress mall.
Go for it.
Like I said, do not go by the looks.
Looks deceive the Eye.
The parking is a bit congested as it shares the road corner and is very very limited.

The hotel is average and maybe ok for corporate - single person check in. As for family the location of the hotel is not great. The location is more of wholesale shopping area and there is lot of noise outside the hotel with big speakers blaring prayers early mornings and throughout the day. The food was good but the maintenance of the hotel was not great. In bathroom the jet pipes and faucets were leaking. In morning there was hot water coming from shower irrespective of the direction of lever towards hot or cold side. Overall not a recommended place for family.
