This was second time we had stayed here. Fabulous building, very warm welcome, super clean and high quality products in the rooms. The best breakfast I have ever had and I have stayed in some beautiful hotels. Just wonderful!
Left a phone charger behind in error and they posted it to us by return and would not accept any money for the postage . Thank you from the Fridays.
Great find for a mini break

Booked this quite last minute as we needed time out, and the Manor House delivered. Great parking, great location (near the beach and a nice pub). We stayed in the Arundel apartment, and for the three of us it was spot on. A double and two singles was perfect for our five year old and the lounge, bathroom and kitchen were great.
The only issue we had is that you could not control the heating from the apartment - it was a general heat control in the hallway, so not ideal as it was quite chilly when we were there.
Completely did the job - very nice....

As a family group 6 Adults and 2 young adults attending a wedding at Farbridge near Chichester we stayed in the Goodwood suite which was perfect for our needs .
The booking process was easy with good communication and instructions for parking and entering the property when we arrived .
The property has everything one could want and is ideal for either a short break or longer . The local area seemed very nice and is a short walk from the seafront . All in all I would highly recommend
Comfortable stay

The booking process is quite easy. The rooms are fairly decent in size and as a self catering suite it provided pretty much everything we needed for a short stay. The beach is only about five to ten minute walk which is nice. Secure parking is available on request which is good to have. The apartment is very clean and well kept. Windows are large so all rooms get plenty of sunshine. For the price tag, we felt it is slightly expensive as it is not a beach front hotel or beach front apartment, but overall a comfortable stay for a small family.
Pleasant 2nt short stay

Stayed here with a friend prior her pole fitness competition in Bognor over the weekend.
After possibly the longest and most arduous journey ever (6.5 hours drive!!!??) we were glad to finally arrive at Felpham village. Very pretty, quaint and considering it is so close to Bognor; feels a world away! Lovely! Recommended!
We pulled up to the Manor House and followed parking instructions. These were clear and easy to follow - we were soon in the secure car park. The path round to the house is shaded and woodlandy. We weren't anticipating it and were definitely not wearing the right type of footwear. Beware of this path at night, whilst there are solar lights dotting it, it doesn't feel safe or well lit and we both hot footed through!
Once we got our key (once again a great idea to keep secure by pin pad), we entered and were disappointed with the shabby entrance hall and landing areas. We felt as though these could do with some care and attention as they are not kept to the same standard as our room.
We were in the Goodwood room, on the top floor. It has 3
bed roomed, lounge, kitchen, bathroom and ensuite. We were pleasantly surprised - it was very clean and spacious. It has a nice ambiance and is also located in a quiet area. We found it to be comfortable and we also felt settled quite quickly; which you don't often get with a hotel!
Overall, we feel that this place could be finished to a higher standard; in order for it to be excellent. Finer details are missed in some spaces/rooms with some minor damage to things like the wardrobe and dents in the wall etc. It is decorated nicely but is a strange hybrid of modern and antique; quite curious in some rooms!
Would stay here again with my wider family if we were to visit the south coast in the future.
