Stayed with family in a 3 person studio on the 2nd floor from Thu-Sun, mid May 2015. Hotel located in the industrial area of Mantova.
+ Ample sized studio
+ Modern design
+ Equipped kitchenette
+ Plenty of free parking
+ Good wifi
+ Close to highway (5 min.) and Mantova city center (10 min.).
+ Low price
+ Café and restaurant on ground floor
+/- No room cleanign durign our stay
- Night club located on the same building (5th floor). Impossible to sleep on Friday night, even with earplugs.
Overall comfortable rooms at very good price/quality ratio. Shame for the club. I would recommend staying here from Sunday - Thursday, but not on club nights (Friday - Saturday).

Mantova Residence is located at the periphery of the city in a new building with free parking.The studio we rented was well equipped and spotless clean. Not far, there is a shopping mall, La Favorita, where one can buy local products to prepare breakfast and even prepared meals, very tasty, for the dinner. The building has a bar, to start the day with an Espresso, and also a restaurant. It is easy to reach Mantova historical city as well to get to highway. We definitely recommend this location.
The check-in although efficient is quite late, after 4PM.

The hotel itself is good, but it is very far away from everything. It was easy to find, is well signposted. We spent five nights here. The 3-bedded room with three beds here either, but two beds and a camping beds. Very small and uncomfortable even for a good kid. I do not know why the kids do not take into account people anywhere and everywhere give her old camp bed. The kitchen is well equipped, yet almost all new. The area is deserted, there's nothing there. Only by car anything.
I do not like that there is no front desk and housekeeping. Only final cleaning is. The wifi was perfect. Finally a place where it really works, not just promises.
The windows can not be opened anywhere, so if someone wants fresh air should go out of the hotel. The air conditioning works well, but I missed the fresh oxygen.

I've been in Mantova to complete my Colourpuncture training and I've chosen this place because I was looking for a flat, more than a hotel room. The building is recent, the rooms are large, comfortable and well furnished. You will find anything you need for a perfect stay.

Top notch place, not a hotel but a condo. We had a studio apartment for two nights while on our way across Italy, but I wish we could have stayed longer. Nice modern facilities, big flat screen, and excellent, modern (proximity cards) security setup. Safe, quiet place to stay with their own free parking area. There is a bar downstairs but no restaurant. There are vending machines and coffee maker in the hallway. You will need a car to comfortably stay here. There was no visible public transportation although there may be something within walking distance. We didn't have time to look. We highly recommend this place for a stay of several days or longer. The front desk is manned only during the evening hours so you need to communicate when you will arrive.
