I Visited Four Times In The Span Of Last Six Years In This Resort , Its An Amazing Place , Very Spacious Room , Very Clean Toilets, Prompt Room Service, And Above All That We Regularly use this resort due to its quality of food where you feel the taste of food like home, ORDER YOUR FOOD ACCORDING TO YOUR TASTE ,PREPARATION OF FOOD IS VERY NEAT AND HYGIENIC. Cooks are very co-operative as well as all staff members in restaurant , ROOM AMENITIES ARE BEST, THERE IS SEPARATE PLAY ROOM FOR KIDS AND ADULTS.

The best place to stay in chail . it is situated at beautiful location , away from big cities crowd n noise. The resort is beautifully designed . They have kids area, swings n slides ,indoor n outdoor activity area . The resort is well maintained and had a variety of plants n trees. The staff too is very helpful and friendly.The rooms are big n clean. The food which serve by resort is delicious .The sunset n sunrise view from resort is very beautiful . Places to visit like chail palace , sharma dhabha n temple is near to the resort .

This was one of the best resorts I've experienced. Beautiful, peaceful, amazing, away from the crowd and traffic, this place will make you feel yourself, cool breeze, clouds coming in, and lush green mountain view are complimentary with your stay. Highly recommended.

Wonderful resort in a beautiful location. The staff is also courteous and helpful , I had a small baby and the restaurant staff prepared all fruit purees as I asked them. There are a lot of activities in resort to have a good time like table tennis chess etc and lot of open sitting area to enjoy the nature. The rooms are decent and clean. The only thing they can improve is their service during night hours in case of emegencies as the staff didn't respond to call and didnt have any first aid kit available.But all in all very good place.

This resort is located a little away from Chail...some few minutes driving distance away. Aesthetically pleasing to the eyes, this resort spread across a decent stretch of space is indeed a good pick to have made and an experience worth taking for a relaxed getaway in the mountains.
The resort has a variety of rooms to offer, an in-house restaurant that serves good food, a dinner buffet for the nights you are extremely hungry, an open terrace meant for night sky star gazing, evening sunsets or just a cup of coffee. The resort also has a spread out lawn (not very big though) , kid playing outdoor activity area, hammocks, swings and an in-house kid activity area too...and also an indoor game area with TT, carrom and other games. The resort is very well maintained and has a variety of flowers and plants all around the place. Some sides of the resort open up to a valley that has pine trees 🌲 and from where the sound of peacocks can be heard very frequently. Also, a variety of birds can be spotted in the area. The staff too is very helpful and friendly. There is separate accommodation available for drivers with meals at a very nominal charge per meal.
However, one would require to have a vehicle around to navigate to any place around from here.
With all facilities available in house, one could even just relax at the resort and be contented. A bit expensive in comparison to others in the area but worth penny spent. A must visit place if holidaying in Chail.
