We were booked for 02 days at Mapple Exotica Hotel at Chhatarpur for a marriage in our family, Staff is very cooperative and helpful, we had checked-in around 11O'clock in the night and we were attended well at reception area, 01 man who carrying our luggage to the room was very polite and humble, food was very good, we are definitely suggest people to book mapple for the accommodation and wedding.
Thank Again Team Mapple for Excellent Hospitality.

- Pretty Decent venue experience for our official get-together event.
- Co-operative staff and management.
- Good food - but do your homework .... try and taste the food personally with a filled stomach and not on an empty stomach and provide their chefs with real feedback.
They will respond well.
Overall, for a corporate party to go well, you will definitely need efforts from your team as well as theirs.
Ours' went smooth working together with them!

Please do not book this hotel. Ruined all birthday surprises
Uneducated staff with no manners , its better to book any other hotel in the same and lesser tariff

Average Hotel. You have to request for the Hot Water in the evening. The girls on the Front Desk are with the flat faces. As on the Reception the staff should be very cooperative, polite and pleasing.. The food is good. Mr Anil & other staff in Resturant are very cooperative. They know the actual word Hosptality. Otherwise the Hotel is good to stay for one night.

Rooms are okay. Try to get the rooms adjacent to the swimming pool. Very clean. It seems maintenance has not looked at the faucets and taps which need to be looked into. Quality of toiletries is okay but not so good.
Bathroom design for all rooms need to be re-thought.
