We had booked space at Marbela Resort for a small family event (30 people) for sundowner. While some of us were chilling on the beach and some of us just relaxing on the deck next to the bar, I asked the servers to bring out the appetizers. Since it was an all inclusive package, they should have started serving food on their own and not waiting for me to ask them to serve. Though it did not make much of a difference to them as no food came out for about 45- 60 mins. Then I literally stood in front of the kitchen and got the food out. In the middle of this, the manager of the restaurant told me its ok food will come later what is the rush? now that the food is coming , we had ordered 5 starters and only 3 came. This inspite reminding them but to no avail. In like 45 mins, they served all appetizers, mains and desserts. What is the point of having a 2-3 hour package if you would be serving everything in 45 mins??????? The quality of the food was also bad - some of the food was inedible. The situation in their own management was so bad that the general manager of the hotel was sitting outside the kitchen and organizing everything. Guys this is one of the most highly rated place in Morjim with terrible food and service and no sense of customer service. I had planned to have a good evening but I spent it standing outside their kitchen and dealing with servers so my guests don't go back hungry. One of the worst evenings in Goa.

Disappointing experience as management & staff are not co-operative.
& Worst thing being they don't hold the end of their deal once payment is complete to cater next client.
Such greed is not tolerable.

Goa in itself is a very popular place,but over a period of time certain places have became to niche and that's what brings people to explore more of north goa.
Marbella beach resort is located near morjim beach and it's one of the places to be in goa. It offers stays in its villa and opens up to a white sand beach.
It's very peaceful, as people generally do not come to this end of goa.
It offers amazing veg and nonveg dishes along with range of cocktails. They do remain short of certain beer brands.
But the sunset from this place is worth every penny. They have extra comfortable shags and the white decor in itself is very vibrant and peaceful.
A must go, if in goa.

Went to Marbela by accident. Me and my friend got so astonished that we immediately decided to spend the night there, though we did have a booking somewhere else. The beach is excellent, music is soothing, food could be improved though. The resort is neat and clean. It's a must if you plan to visit Morjim.

Just a right place for Goa. Just adjacent to the Beach. They have nice Bed kinda places next to the beach where you can relax & chill with your Food & Drinks. ALso they have nice Thin Pizza & Pastas. They also serve jain Food,
