Amazing place, we stayed here at the end of season, the place was perfect. So clean and very friendly. Petros at reception was fab he help with all our requests always smiling. Captain in the al a cartes was amazing really friendly and so helpful and so was Georgia, ilona and our favourite niki, can't praise the staff enough, food was delightful in al a cartes and so was the drinks, we were al inclusive well worth it, we only ate in buffet once and there was lots to choose from, and I'm very fussy,
We upgraded to jucuzzi room it was amazing, was the best birthday I've had, definitely recommend this place, not to busy time we went so perfect, also want to mention effie we were in touch with her before we went and while there she was great and so helpful also evgenia so friendly again very helpful, didn't get everyone's name but everyone was fabulous and always had a smile

Very relaxing stay

We found what we were looking for, a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Our room was very good the only down side was the road noise and if we go again will try not to be in that block! Staff were all very friendly also the entertainment team who had just the right balance and were not too overpowering.
Food in the main buffet was good with a varied selection each day. We were all inclusive and pleased to be able to use a choice of restaurants at lunchtime, particularly the Italian by the pool and the beach one. It did seem odd that we could only use the a la carte restaurants 'at no extra cost' three times however long the stay, so the same for a one week stay as a two week stay. We went in the Italian for my birthday and they produced a cake which was a lovely touch. The Greek restaurant was really good as was Splash.
We went on the free boat to Corfu town which was a nice little trip as we got to see some of the island from a different viewpoint.
The gardens and public space were well kept and a pleasure to stroll around.
There is not a lot of evening entertainment but a couple of acts were good.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again

We stayed in the "Chloe" block. Twin bedroom sea views. Beautiful panoramic views of the bay and hotel. Quiet as away from pool and roadside yet perfectly perched in the middle of everything. Splash is directly infront and the greek and italian are behind, poolside.
I absolutely love the sea and I had the best sea water experience here. Salty clean clear waters with fish all around, no need for any gear to see them.
The seaside restaurant was in my opinion the best food always served hot and delicious.
In splash the ribs were the best Id ever had.
I wish I got to experience the Greek restaurant but it was fully booked anytime i tried, even though looking in the restaurant it was never more than half full at any given time. So not sure how that system works. I was half board so maybe a set number are saved for full board guests.
The breakfast and lunch was an exciting array of dishes daily. I couldnt fault it.
The pool areas are always clean and tidy as are the toilet areas. Especially beach side which amazed me.
This is very much a family hotel. Music and entertainment stops at about 11 every night.
It is not a spot to go if you want to go clubbing or mad for a bit. Its very tranquil and relaxing.
The staff are absolutely amazing, very accommodating The greek smiles and daily greetings are so delightful to hear. If you dont come home with a few words of greek at the end of your stay you must of had ear plugs in.
The one thing I found a little dated for a 5 star was the bathroom shower fittings in our room.
We were given a welcome lunch on our late arrival. And as we were departing late on the day we checked out we were given a room to shower and change in. It did take almost two hours for this room to become available however so do book in advance as the half hour notice they require is clearly not enough and they appeared to forget each time we reminded them we were still waiting.
Now the room we were given to change and wash up in was a large room was in the main block west facing, real view but with the clear doors I kept reading about in the reviews. It is true they are not private or sealed while using the toilet or shower. Also the shower fitting is far more modern however it completely floods the place. Unfortunately they were not well thought out.
I loved the place all in all. I believe firmly that if they concentrated on having one or two good restaurants they would do alot better. The food and selection is just huge. And it is true often the food was lukewarm which isnt really acceptable but im not one to complain.
I would love to visit again maybe with my children. The island is very accessible to tour.

All inclusive Holiday

Myself and daughter booked a week in September we were not disappointed lovely views from our sea view room . Not a beach as such but perfect for us to sunbathe and snorkel lovely beach bar we had lunch here everyday excellent food . We ate at all three alacart restaurants all were excellent the buffet restaurant was excellent too . We didn’t really use the swimming pools but we did use the bar at the pool which made great cocktails.All staff were polite and nothing too much trouble. Wasps were a nuisance but not as aggressive as UK wasps this wouldn’t put me of returning. Housekeeping was real good . I would return back to this Hotel all inclusive is a good option if you like a drink .

More than excellent

Staff, room, food, tai chi class, the own beach, overall quality of service were both excellent, more higher than my expectation. I will go back defenetly.
The price also included half-board service (breakfast and dinner)
