If you are a seasoned traveler in Mexico and are only looking for a clean, secure place to stay with no special amenities, then this Hotel would suit you. It's a clean small bedroom with private bath. The AC works well, the TV has many channels, the bed was comfortable, it's located about 5 minutes from the Marina and all of the tourist activities, the staff is friendly and it is reasonably secure. The wifi does not reach the rooms; you must sit near the office to get a signal, there is no room service nor is there a pool. If you're looking for a resort luxury hotel--this is not that kind of place. I travel a lot in Mexico and try to find a clean place to use as a safe, clean place to stay and spend my days away from the hotel--this hotel met my needs.

Being for solo traveler I was looking for a budget hotel to cut cost. From the outside it can look a little suspect but the room itself was expected for a budget hotel. I ended up showering and changing after I arrived but decided that I would rather pay more for a location that made me feel more comfortable. I wasn't comfortable with walking up that street at night. I had room #14 where the phone service/wifi was a little spotty but was told it was the best. Had little bugs on the floor that I had to keep killing, a cold shower and a fridge that seemed to not work. For the price you can't beat it. The bedding was clean and it wasn't bad, I just opted to check out and go somewhere else.

Fantastic budget hotel in ideal location proximate to harbor and nightlife. Stayed here with my brother while traveling in Cabo for Memorial Day, hotel is located on a quiet street. The room was large and very clean and would recommend anyone looking for a quality place to stay who is on a budget.

We stayed here for one week and it was just great . We were in room 11, it was huge but best of all spotless . Not only the room itself but the towels and linens were brilliant white ( we are travelling just now and believe me this is not the norm in budget hotels !)
There was only a small window in our room but that was not a problem as we were out most of the time at the beach or the marina. We felt really safe staying here.
Really close to the harbour and shops .
As mentioned in other reviews the staff are really friendly and so helpful which makes all the difference. Special mention for Jesus ( the manager) who saved us a fortune with his advice about the bus to our next destination and to Lety (the maid ) for just being so nice !
Greatly laundry service and plenty of places to eat close by. We loved Burrito Surf which had a great vegetarian menu .
Highly recommend.

Stayed with my friend for a week . We had a downstairs room, was cute and cozy . Felt safe with a security gate . Came with a mini fridge . Staff was super friendly . Don't lock yourself after dark, it's hard finding someone . All in all wasn't bad, would be back again .
