Rooms are very clean.
My plan included breakfast & one main meal. Although in my plan meal was a fixed menu but once when I was early for dinner I was offered special paneer kulcha which was very tasty.
Once I was asked why I always preferred Marigold. To which I replied because of Arun (in dinning room) and various preparations of Kadi.
Services of Amit, Amina & Kumari were also great.

Though the hotel location is good, ambience and decor good, rooms good the key thing missing is the key policy. The room provides only one card key and it becomes difficult if your room partner is away. The lifts accept entry only with the key so you are stuck in the lobby or corridor.Despite requests the management seems to be hell bent on one key only. It defeats the purpose of being at comfort.

Marigold hotel is a good place to stay with friends and family. Room service is very good and all the staffs are very cooperative and good in manner. Mainly Narpat, Vinod, Pratik, Amit, Deepak from banquet.
