Excellent and courteous staff. I should mention Mr.Anthony & Vishnu for their outstanding service. Whatever help we ask, answer is "we can help". Good scenery location. Great view from hotel. Had wonderful 3days stay

Room boy gave us the used towels. Bed sheets and towels had stains. Electricity sockets were not working. For TV there was no cable connection. No food (Restaurant) at the resort, we had to go outside for food

The Hotel is placed in a good location. The view from room is good. But the service and the rooms are not good. I had to change my room 2 times due to water issues. The rooms were not maintained clean. Not value fro money!!!

Very good service with cleaned and well furnished room also good view of nature staff are good and well human being rooms are free from pollution and noise it is also comfortable for massage centre and other cultural activities.last memorable stay in life thanks

Take this only if you have no other options available. Room is somewhat big and has got a balcony too. View from balcony is good. But both room and bathroom were stinking and dirty. There was a foul smell in the room which kept irritating the nose. The bed linen and woollen sheet were also stinking.
Positives are only the view from balcony and courteous staff.
They got parking space for 4 to 5 cars. Its some 6kms from munnar town.
