We stayed for two night in this hotel.
1) location- near to candolim/bagha/ Calangute beach but very difficult to find for firts time
2) Rooms - awesome best for couples/family
3) food - worst , we had only complementary breakfast but stale idlis were served on day 1 hence v never thought of having meals
4) service - pathetic. staff in Hotel / restaurant/ housekeeping was rude and not cooperative.
They came before checkout timing to clean the room. Disappointing experience
5) checkout time - owner is rigid and asked us to vacate the room at 11 am
6) swimming pool was nice .Time is till 8pm

Very gud hotel with good service and very good rooms...very gud hotel in Candolim area which has peaceful location yet very close to the beach and nightlife...we stayed for three day and enjoyed every bit of it...the owners and staff are very friendly and co operative....the in house restaurant is very reasonably price and the quality of food is awesome...would recommend any one who comes to this of goa

The rooms are huge , so big thumbs up. We took the pool facing rooms with a balcony and found it very nice. The location is a bit inside (not much) in a small lane and beach is a bit far but u need to have a 2 wheeler, the pool is big enough and the property is spacious. In the evening the under water pool lights were switched ON and it was a fantastic experience.
Sleep quality and cleanliness is up to the mark.
The breakfast is a bit limited, that's The only negative. Rest I would definitely recommend.

We checked in 3rd sep 2017 for three nights. It is good budgeted hotel. good point is clean and friendly staff and near to all beaches.
Bad point - they provide scooty on rent 9am to 9am not for 24hrs rental charges. Like if we reach in late evening then next morning we have to submit the rental amount at 9am. so, I did not like their scooty rental timings.
secondly, breakfast buffet is not good. All cheapest and south indian breakfast they placed. like upma, idli, poha, papaya.. They could have place good heavy breakfast like Aaaloo prantha, dahi, noodles, Manchurian, soup etc...
Hotel is very inside to difficult to search little bit. They did not place arrow board inside.
In room inside they do not provide you AC remote. 24degree they fixed the temperature. you cannot not change as per your requirement of AC cooling.
water Jug is not there. water bottle you have to purchase every time to drink in their hotel.
Food charges are too high in their menu. Most of the items were not available which was listed in their menu.
No intercom facility. No tissue paper in toilet.
Difficulty to dry wet clothes. they provide us Room without balcony.
No safety point ...Owner do not available all the time. They are foreigners.
They provide room service but if you will give any small order they will deliver after 1 hour. hahaa it was really ridiculous. 2-3 times it was happen with us. we were frustrated.
So it is Average property.

It's one of the nice place I have stayed in north Goa. The area outside was well maintained and the pool was lovely. Thanks for making our stay wonderful and comfortable. Will always prefer to stay here next time.
