My family and I stayed 2 nights here with half board. It was €250 per night for a family of 2 adults and 1 child, age 11. The hotel is ok, but didn't seem like 5 star. The room was small, the bathroom was dirty and overall is was just ok. The breakfast buffet was good. They have fresh orange juice and any type of drink. Dinner buffet wasn't that good, with mostly fish and salad. If I were to stay again, I would only get breakfast and not half board. The real highlight of this hotel is the spa- it is fantastic. While it's true that it gets busy, if you go around siesta time (2-5) there is hardly anyone there and it's very relaxing. In the morning there were little kids there and lots of noise, but I still found it very enjoyable. It's nice to stay in the hotel and be able to go directly down to the spa in your robe. Overall I would do this again, but maybe try and find a better deal or offer.

We were taking a road trip from Barcelona to Valencia and picked a spot on the map to stay for they night by the beach. Picked hotel on trip advisor and was not disappointed. 5 star room and complex was fun. Had a bit of difficulty checking in as they could not find our booking and very little English spoken. Great night!

This is the second time that we went to the balneary, and it was the worst experience: There is no way to relax, people screaming and running all over the place and the people in charge did not do anything. There is no maintenance and it seems dirty.
I think we will not go back again

You need to be able to speak Spanish if staying at this hotel, only couple of the staff spoke English. The paper bands often needed to be replaced as they stop working once wet. This hotel is for locals wanting a weekend or few days away. We stayed a night in the 4 * hotel and the room had a big shower and bath and shower which should be in the 5 *. The cleaning was not 5 * standard, often dirty toilets and no soap in the dispensers. Food was not great and walking to the other hotels to look for sunbed space and to be able to enjoy a drink and read your book at same time was a drag. The spa was worth the 5 *. Really needed to be a lot higher in standards to be rated 5 *

This Hotel is more like a 1* not 5* as it states.
Rude Staff and the whole place needs to be pulled down and and rebuilt!!!
I've never had to write a bad review before now, BUT I'm afraid this is my first and hopefully my last.
The inclusive wifi is rubbish, hardly got a signal....
Not one member of staff explained to me where we could eat (I had booked All Inclusive) The menu was crap for all inclusive and to me personally WAS NOT ALL INCLUSIVE AS STATED ON THE WEBSITE.....
PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS HELL HOLE.....
