We enjoyed our stay again for the third time, Karen and Gabriel welcome you with happy smiles every time, everybody at the Roslin make you fill very welcome the rooms are very comfortable and food in restaurant is to a very high standard

My husband and I visited for the weekend to celebrate our friends wedding/birthday. Having never been to the area before I was a little unsure about what to expect.
However I was very pleasantly surprised, we received a very warm welcome at reception, followed by a very friendly welcome in the bar where the waitress found us a table for a quick bite to eat after our long journey.
As a veggie the menu was a little limited however, they kindly offered to make one of the pasta dishes without meat. I have to say it was very nice, my husband opted for the steak baguette and thought it had been cooked very well.
The room was lovely, nice touch with the filled fridge at no extra charge and the nice coffee. Bed was comfy and bathroom very clean and well stocked with products, fluffy towels and dressing jackets.
I would highly recommend and would make a point of using again next time we are visiting friends.

We celebrated my motherers 70th birthday with a large family meal. Food excellent, service even better. We have a new puppy and the staff (Zed especially) went way out of their way to allow us to house the puppy in another room allowing us to enjoy the meal without worry. Plus they kept the puppy occupied with plenty of attention. Nothing was too much hassle. Thank you and we will definitely see you again. If you have dogs, they truly are dog friendly as advertised.

My (81year old)Mum & I had a road trip to Southend, the Roslyn Beach was perfect! From booking over the phone to check in/out the staff friendly & efficient, fab room, fab food, couldn't have been better. Would definitely stay there again. :)

I was traveling south and as it was out of season I headed in search of good value rooms on my trip. A deal came up at this hotel so I booked it. The hotel is very nice, the decor is fresh. The food was nice in the restaurant and the atmosphere was good.
Breakfast was nice and the room had a sea view. I expect it would be a lot more expensive to stay in high season, however it was still pretty busy in November. I woud stay here again.
