I stayed here for 2 nights in October. I stayed on the ground floor so was thankful that I didn't have to lug my luggage up the stairs. As others have mentioned this place isn't in the centre of Jasper but in my mind that's a good thing as it meant it was very peaceful. Jasper isn't a massive town and it was a nice sedate 15 minute walk tops to the centre from the motel. We even spotted deer wandering through too. The rooms are large, comfortable and clean. Also probably the best (and largest) shower I have ever used. The free WiFi was fast and didn't drop once. The reception staff were very helpful and there's a free shuttle serve to town if you don't fancy the walk. There's no breakfast room at the Motel itself but you can buy Breakfast in the Embers Restaurant just across from the reception building. There's also a small laundry room at the motel should you need it. If I was in Jasper again I would happily return here.

Old style motel that has seen better days but at $87 a night was adequate for the one night we stayed there. It is an old fashioned motel. You can park outside your unit if you have a lower unit.
Personally I did not like the bathroom set up with toilet and tub in one room and sink and counter in main living area.
This is not an 5 star motel/hotel but if you just need a place to sleep it will suffice.

We had trouble finding a hotel in Jasper. The room was fine. Ice machine was quite a distance from room. Hotel was fairly close to downtown and local museum. We basicly used the hotel as a rest stop between Lake Louise and Edmonton after spending afternoon at Columbia Icefields. Breakfast was not included.

We had a king size room which was freshly cleaned and comfortable. The pool looked inviting but we were too pooped after hiking To enjoy it. I would most definitely stay here again but if I were to give some advice to the manager, it would be to please remind the hotel check-in person to please be nice, smile and use a friendly tone in her voice rather than coming off as unfriendly, snarky and sharp. She was more interested to let me know my credit card would be charged a security amount (which is fine) rather than sharing some good news about the property. A welcoming approach will always promote positive word-of-mouth reviews.

My fiancè and I stayed here for a getaway night. It was absouletly perfect for us! They are pet friendly (although there is a $15 fee) which was awesome as our dog comes everywhere with us, our room had a balcony which I loved! Our beds and pillows were comfy, room was clean and front desk was super helpful! We loved the pool, hottubs (indoor and outdoor), and sauna. They were just what we needed after a long drive! I read other reviews saying how this hotel isnt in town and is a 20min walk away, but honestly it didn't feel like a 20min walk. Anyways, if we come to Jasper again we will be staying at the Marmot!
