Comfy, spacious, relaxxxxxung place to crash. Green campus feeling w shops n whole fds walkable and walk trails. Lovely patio, fun bar. Oh i was but 35 miles from home yet felt like mini vacay. The rooms large, tv goid and location central yet somehow woodsy

We had reserved a room with 2 beds but were only given 1 bed with no warning. When we called to have them fix the mistake, the front desk and then a manager were extremely rude and did not help at all. I have never been treated so poorly by a customer service based company. They had no interest in treating us with respect or trying to fix their mistake. The pool area was also a complete disaster with no towels, dirty towels everywhere, and no employee in site the whole time. They gym was over run by wet kids in swim suits all over the equipment, again with no supervision. I would never, ever stay here again and won't stay at another Marriott either. I have had a better experience at a cheap motel.

This is a lower tier Marriott. Do not expect top grade services. We checked in on a Friday night and expected the Club to be open for at least quiet conversation but alas it closes at noon on Friday. There is no place in the lobby to sit and talk other than the bar area.
The carpet in the rooms really needs an upgrade. The bed was comfortable but there were no extra blankets in the room and it dipped to 45 degrees outside by morning. Shower was nice with good water pressure.
The breakfast buffet was very good even if a bit sparse - scrambled eggs, back, suasage and potato. There was some fruit and toast available. I did not see any OJ but may have missed it.
What this property has going for it is location. Next to Rodan & Fields and a large shopping area and is right off the I-680. The grounds are very beautiful and I imaging with a little love and care as well as elbow grease it could become a 4 star property.

We stayed at the San Ramon Mariott for a business meeting. The hotel was as expected for a good business house. What was a bit surprising is that the room did not have a hotel safe and the minibar was empty. But that was not crucial for my stay. Otherwise the service was good and I would recommend the hotel for business events (of note: The food served in the business center was very delicious).

This is a very clean hotel, great staff and restaurant for fresh cooked hot breakfast or buffet option. Restaurant had a couple healthy choices. Stayed her multiple times and have a consistently good experience.
