We were surprised by the property's size, but then equally surprised that crowds weren't problematic. Alexis checked us in and was fabulous. She went the extra mile and started our stay on the right foot. We were in one of the newly refurbished single units with a view of the pool and golf course. The property was immaculately maintained (with the exception of the deep, standing water outside our room for a day after a torrential rain.)

We checked into the Grande Vista the first week of December for our Honeymoon. We went to our first room and had an issue, they immediately put us in a new room in one of the more recently remodeled buildings. The room was gorgeous, and had a nice view of the golf course. The staff was all very friendly for the duration of our stay. The hotel is in a great location if you're looking to visit the parks. We would definitely stay again.

This place is awesome!! It's our first trip in a few years without the children and we chose the right place. There's activities for everyone!!
I highly recommend getting up and taking one of the aqua fit of aqua jive classes. It gives you an energy boost to take on the day. The staff are nice and the rooms are updated and well equipped. Just order your groceries to be delivered to the door and enjoy your vacation.
If you need any additional information, directions, or a concierge just call the front desk and they'll get you taken care of. And don't let the rain get you down because this place will have something for you to do.
We'll definitely be back and we're bringing the kids next time.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit with extended family. Booked right through marriott - didn't use any timeshare weeks. It was very reasonable for the space you got (which was huge).
Pool, shop, tennis -- a lot to do there when you have down time away from the parks. I believe they still have activities for the kids as well. But I'd check that first.
Housekeeping very nice and very efficient. We will be back :)

We stayed at the Marriott Grande Vista for the first time this trip to Orlando. The location is central to Disney and Universal with Sea World right next door. We have a family of 6 and our two bedroom villa was spacious and perfect for our family. It was much more economical than two hotel rooms with the added benefit of a kitchen, dining area and family room. The pools were good and have bar/food service. We did not use the other amenities but the property should you want golf, tennis or quick dining options has them. We would definitely stay again and enjoyed the newly renovated rooms.
