Another brilliant visit with friends Karen and Steve. Really enjoyed their hospitality. As we missed our summer break due to illness was nice to relax, catch up and enjoy Blackpool. Once again many thanks

Just back from another great weekend and staying at the Marsden Hotel.
Karen and Stevie are great hosts and the breakfast was great so was the evening hotel. Nothing was to much for them.
we stayed in Room 10 and it was beautiful, all fresh and clean.
Looking forward to taking my 2 grandsons next april

Absolutely love this hotel and stayed in here a few times.
Have to say when we stay in this hotel we are always made welcome. Karen and Steve are two amazing people who run this hotel and nothing is too much trouble. Absolutely adore Karen's Dad too.
The hotel itself has been done up the rooms are so adorable and just lovely. We had the family room which in one room was bunk beds and in the other room it was a double bed. This is superb for any family too.
Since our last visit the bathroom had been done up and have to it was looking stunning and really did look fantastic.
The bedding was all clean, the bathroom was clean. I have to say it really had gone up a notch since we stayed before and loved it before.
The breakfast is spot on, cereal and then full English but Steve and Karen are good they let you have a sarnie if you prefer.
Love the hotel, love the people. Always a pleasure xxx

We stayed at the Marsden Hotel for a couple of nights for my sons 3rd birthday. We found Steve and Karen to be very welcoming, nothing too much trouble. They even bought a card and present and sang happy birthday to him which was brilliant.
The family room was perfect for what we needed, clean and cosy. The actual b&b is in a fantastic location, about 30m from the sea front opposite the Sandcastle water park, very close to the pleasure beach.
The car park at the back was very secure and saved us 20 quid which was great. The breakfasts were also very good, cooked to perfection with plenty of cereal, juice and milk at hand.
We will definitely look to stay at the Marsden Hotel again next time we visit as it has everything we would want from a bed and breakfast.

Treated my daughter & grandson to a night in Blackpool .. Felt a little disappointed when I saw the so called family room.. very little space to manoeuvre no room to put your luggage down..the cleanliness wasn't what I expected, I also found an old bar of used soap in the shower. On the plus side the breakfast was very nice .. the location ideal..Would I return (No)
