Lovely place to stay in Tuam. Mary was very friendly and breakfast was excellent. Room was nice and clean.
Would recommend and would love to stay again. The surrounding area was lovely and peaceful. Very easy to find from the airport.

Late in a busy day of climbing Knocknarea, sailing Killary Harbour, and visiting Cong, our navigation device chirped: “You are at your destination.” We were already 200 meters northwest of the farmhouse B&B drive, getting our first glimpse of the neighboring Quarrymount estate. We doubled back to the winding drive through trees and big flower beds to park and be greeted by Mr. Birmingham and a pair of friendly dogs. He asked about our travels and where we were from. He had lived in Chicago for a couple of years and had a sister living there still. “South Side, of course,” said he. She lives, of course, in the neighborhood where I grew up.
We then trundled our bags upstairs, following Mrs. Birmingham to a large and well-appointed room (2 beds, 2 desks, an enormous wardrobe, and a drying rack in the bathroom for our clammy climbing clothes). Having gone slowly through road construction to get here, we were disinclined to dine in Tuam and happy to get her recommendation of a pub in Milltown. We slept well and woke to the only challenge: a shower preset to the roasty, toasty level, which made for a quick clean-up that left me with the rosy tone that follows a bright day in the Burren without sunscreen.
In a wonderfully long breakfast talk with Mrs. Birmingham, we explored and settled our countries’ politics and economies and schools. We shared our plans for the remainder of our holiday and she told a bit about Quarrymount, which they once owned. Extensively restored by new owners, the handsome 1830s manor house is situated in a small tract of the old estate; the rest of surrounding fields are now part of the St. Anne’s farm.

Arrived late in the day and found that the owner had one room left. Owner was very kind and cheerful. Breakfast was great and her two dogs were very friendly (huge dog fan). The rooms were a little out of date, but that added to the charm.
Excellent stay

A very cosy farm with nice clean rooms and great breakfast. Our host went out of her way to help us arrange a birthday cake for our mum. It is located very beautifully and we drove to see the wild atlantic way eg roundstone. Very very nice. Thank you.

Rooms very large, both our rooms were ensuite.
Beautiful surroundings. Exactly what we were looking for.
We will hopefully return some day!
