Response from the room service was very fast and got every order that I ordered all the time. Rooms are neat and clean. Air conditioned rooms, free wifi, free parking everything was awesome. Food was nice.

Be aware: this hotel don't have triple room, although they sell them on booking sites. Then at arrival they try to make you pay for 2 double room instead of 1 triple... Rooms small, no hot water, not clean.

If you are a student like us, coming for a few day stay,looking for a cheap but good place to stay, don't even think twice... Just book this hotel.
The staff was super helpful to us and the service was excellent. Rooms were clean. Not too luxurious but not shabby at all...

This place is not the greatest but is good enough to hole up for a few days at reasonable prices. It's a bit far from most places of interest in Delhi but well accessible via public transport.
In my honest opinion, the word "Assam" in its name doesn't have much to do with the state. Everything is pretty much status quo with Delhi.

rooms are very small as well as bathrooms, not properly clean
fooding not available in that hotel, but not a major issue as many restaurants are available nearby.
room service peoples are not trained, some of them may ask you for some money
very budget hotel in near New Delhi station
but paid taxi service is available to catch train or buses
better to avoid if you can pay more then 700 per room
