We spent a week here at a military reunion and it took that long to learn one's way around the place. Bizarre wandering floor plan with several wings two of which cannot be accessed without going to the lobby and accessing different wing and elevators or going outside and entering a different door; they are not connected otherwise. We did have to switch rooms. First one had water leaking from a wall and had a continuous wet spot on the floor. Staff was super helpful and made the switch immediately. I noticed maintenance types coming and going over the next couple of days.... The beds are amazing, all new according to staff, and very comfortable. The best sleep I have had in a long time. Some folks had remodeled rooms and others dated but all had new beds. We had free breakfast everyday which was adequate, good make your own waffles and coffee. After a few days decided to order off of the menu and received the same waffles and eggs available from the buffet but at a cost $30 for two of us. Staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a Starbucks in the lobby and everyone who tried it thinks the baristas need more training. The beds though, just amazing. The outdoor pool area is dated and needs some repairs but it is clean and there is a staff person there to dole out the towels. Indoor pool is in similar state. Interestingly the Ten Commandments are on a large bronze obelisk plaque at the front door....

My wife and I stayed here for 15 days. We recently moved to Colorado Springs and our apartment was not ready. We also had a small older dog. They are pet friendly and there were many dogs. The hotel is. N older structure that has been refurbished. It is comfortable, surprisingly quite. We had a kitchenette but did not cook but did eat in. The breakfast was good, not much room in lobby to eat most took it to room. The WIFI is free but at peak times was slow so we mostly used our data. It is extended stay so you do not get housekeeping daily, we chose 5 day plan. Fresh towels everyday. Very friendly staff and service was good. Plenty of restaurants and grocery in the area. All in all a good stay.

Awesome stay , people there treat you like you’re staying at a 5 star resort
The staff went out of their way to greet us and make sure that everything was fine we stayed in a large room with complete kitchen setup including everything you would need for making a meal also more tv channels than most hotels I’ve stayed at

I have been here twice. Each time, I was met with a comfortable surrounding. I love walking up to the hotel and seeing the ten commandments. Inside you are met with a cabin like lobby and it makes it feel very homey. MCM Elegante has been very accommodating to my family's needs and I will continue using their establishment each visit to Colorado Springs. Side note, I am not a fan of the pillows but I LOVE having their breakfast every morning. Those waffles are fabulous!

We stayed there just one night. Highlights are: kitchenette with a full size refrigerator, rooms are clean and quiet, the waffles are to die for. On a negative side: the bed was queen size with tiny (looks like 14x14) pillows, the breakfast area is so small - we had to take our plates and coffee to our room.
Overall - not bad, I would stay here again.
