Interesting place, very posh and beautiful pool & sauna. This is a very appealing hotel to the eye! Unfortunately, this is where the positives end. The staff is very cold and unfriendly. When we went to the complimentary breakfast buffet downstairs, they had part of the dining area set up for a wedding brunch and all the waiters and staff did was glare at you, you could feel they wanted you at out so they could get ready for the wedding party.
Music played loudly throughout the motel till at least 1:30 AM, and this is a motel that caters to wedding. You have to realize you are just extra money for the motel and of no priority to them.
One last point of interest, is that the motel is in area without much around it. We walked on the beach (October is the off season) and all the closed beach facilities looked rather dated. We were staying at Mec Paestum because we were driving thru the area and wanted to see the Paestum Greek ruins, which I highly recommend. So if wanting to see the Greek ruins I suggest you either stay at one of the motels right at the ruins or plan your time and stay 2 hours north in the Sorrento area.

We spent a day and a night at the hotel for a special wedding. Rooms are fancy and bathrooms definitely great. We had a room with a view and enjoyed it a lot. Complementary stuff i simple but good.
We had a great breakfast with local food, mozzarella included.
There are pools and one is a hot pool with jacuzzi.
Amazing, fancy, chic.

THis is the one of the best 5 stars hotels I ever been. This hotel have only 50 rooms and his facilitis are like of an hotel with 250 rooms. The room was modern and large with all you need. The free internet was jyust wonderful. Diner and breakfast were just wonderful, I wish I could eat all ......The swiming pool was most elegant and the hotel have a privet sea shoor 400 m near by.

We stayed in Mec in September for 2 weeks also we had wedding in the hotel. I have to say I could not ask for better service or location or food...
Best time ever! Yes during our stay there was other weddings but not a problem at all. Of course it is wedding venue, who would not want to get married in such amazing hotel?! 😀
All of my family and friends stayed in the hotel and absolutely delighted with the stay. And planning to come back for wedding anniversary.
I would like to thank all staff and management team for all hard work. Real 5 STAR Hotel, nothing is a problem and great attention to detail. Special thanks to Nicola our wedding coordinator!

The priority of this hotel is to host wedding receptions. Many rooms are probably rentend for the guest of the reception. All the other room are for tourists and seems to be only gravy for the hotel. If you have a room on the second floor, don't plan to sleep to early as you will be close of where the partys are happening. They have a nice pool, but with all those people around, if you don't use it early in the day, you don't fit with the wedding guests. No gym, no spa services. As for the beach, their installations will bring you back to be beginning of the 80s.
Food at the restaurant is excellent
Staff is nice with customers
Rooms are clean and confortable
