Hotel is very clean and spacious room, the front desk is not helpful with directions to atractions, i had to take a taxi to the beach and ask the front desk at a beach resort to give me directions to atractions, far from the city and breakfast is 15 us$ And there were flies over the buffet, there is no microwave in bedroom, asked to use the one in the kitchen and they refused because i want1617 S 114th Avenueed to heat some rice and because they sell rice at their restaurant wanted me to buy it there, i just walked to the convinience store out on the street while raining and used their microwave, you have to take 2 buses to get to the hotel from the airport. Way too far.

I stayed in this hotel over a weekend and found it to be comfortable and clean. It was centrally located on the island, so I felt close enough to major attractions. Note that it is not close to nightlife, if that is the experience you are going for.
I had originally planned to rent a car but found that all were booked upon arriving in Jeju - my mistake for relying on a review that rental cars were cheaper to rent at the airport. The front desk staff was so helpful in calling rental car companies and drivers to ensure that I could enjoy my trip. I was beyond impressed with this level of customer service!!
As the hotel was clean, the restaurant food was good (perhaps a bit overpriced but all of the food was nicely cooked and staff was helpful), and the amazing service from the front desk, I would highly recommend this hotel!

Friendly staffs, but I feel that front desk staffs should be friendlier than housekeeping staffs. Near beach, nice view. There is a mart nearby.
Not many restaurants or cafes nearby. It would be great if the staffs help us with our luggage on arrival. Pool was dirty, although it is only open during summer, the dirty view should be kept away from guests. Elevator was a bit older than the rest of the building, which was newly painted and nicely decorated.

We stayed here over a weekend in August to have a little time to relax and explore Jeju.
The hotel itself is very clean and modern. The room was the same with excellent air conditioning, really comfortable beds and a very nice bathroom! There is a mosquito net on the balcony door if you want to leave it open and slippers are provided in the room for your comfort.
The downside really were the amenities. We were really looking forward to the rooftop bar, but we went up twice and there was only a little bit of garden furniture out there and no bar open.
The poolside is nice, but you can't bring in your own towels - you have to pay to borrow theirs. If you want a table with a parasol you have to pay for that too, although sun loungers are free.
Food and drink are also very expensive so apart from a few beers we chose not to eat here.
The East Coast bus route passes by nearby with regular, easy travel to Jeju city. Four or five stops east there is Gimnyeong Beach which is nicer than sitting by the pool. A taxi from the city (depending on which part) was a little over 20k.
