We had a brilliant weekend in this hotel. It was really reasonably priced for what you get. We stayed on a room with access to 'the level' lounge. We really enjoyed the lounge. It was right beside the subway, so easy to get right into Milan.

Generally everything was very nice. Some things could be improved in the room. The staff was very kind and friendly. The food in the restaurant was magnificent. I hope I could have a possibility to visit Milano and the hotel again.

Visited the Milano for 2 nights early November 2017 and enjoyed our stay overall. The hotel is located only a 3” walk from the Lotto Metro station, easily within a 15” ride to Duomo in the city centre. Room was comfortable and spotlessly clean with good facilities, however it was spoilt in our second evening when we visited the bar at 7pm and were the only people between ourselves and 7 other parties who were not offered the complimentary bar snacks. Was it coincidence that we were the only foreign nationals in the bar at the time, I’m not sure, however it left us with a sour experience of the place.

I stayed 8-13 September, for five nights, for business.
I stayed at the Mélia Milano while attending a convention at the fairground. The hotel has an excellent location for that, within a 10 minute walking distance. Similarly, there is short distance to a metro station, which provide access to Milan. For a fairground event, the hotel has a great location.
The rooms are a little dated. I was initially allocated a room on the top floor, which was nice, if a littel scuffed, but also faced a mobile phone antenna which emitted a persistent beeping sound that couldn't be ignored. I tried to get a room reassigned, but this proved to be an insurmountable hurdle for the front desk. Only when I demanded the General manager did options suddenly become available, and I was reallocated to an alternative. I hate having to play these games in hotels.
In sum: it's great for a fairground visit, but otherwise, I would stay elsewhere in Milan.

We’ve stayed in other Melia hotels already, our stays were always good / great.
This time, our stay at the Melia Hotel in Milan was not good, in fact our stay was terrible.
It started with the check—in, I assume the guy behind the desk was a trainee. He did not care, he did not care at all.
On top, we got probably the worst room in the hotel!!
Not sure where the pictures from nice looking rooms on the website comes from...
Next day, we checked out... but nobody asked about our stay...
The whole ‚package‘ was incredible bad: the service, the room, simply everything. Our stay was horrible...
