Dated property, but well maintained. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice pool and hot tub. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. I enjoyed the use of the nearby athletic club provided at no charge to guests. The hotel shuttle takes guests to and from the athletic club upon request. The shuttle drivers were very friendly and accommodating. Disneyworld transportation buses pick up at the hotel 3 times in the morning and drop off 3 times in the evening. This service is included in the hotel cost. The Disney transportation bus service is NOT consistently friendly and accommodating, but that is no fault of the hotel.

MY family members had a wonderful time at the Melia for a short family trip to celebrate the birthday of my 5 year old granddaughter. All of the staff was helpful and professional and the resort was comfortable and clean.

Staying at the Melia was the best accomodation decision for a vacation in Florida! The suite itself is very modern, clean and spacious! The resort offers a free shuttle to Disney world magic kingdom and shuttles to the shopping outlets. Nearby are various restaurants and shops making it a great location to stay at!

Recommend getting the best deal possible. Dissapointed in the $20.00 day resort fee for a small hot tub, unheated shallow pool. Luxury and free shuttle to downtown Celebration with 'Mateo' who is a super nice chauffuer.

I expected more from a Melia Hotels. I've always heard nice things about the hotels in Europe. Spacious room that allowed my family to stay together, but in need of upgrades. The carpet in the hall was terribly dirty, I cringed each time I walked down it. The tile in the bathroom has seen better days. It is time for some renovations. My room was repaid for, yet they charged me again upon checkout! Still waiting for a call back and refund after 2 days.
