The facility is just. OK. Toiletries​ like shaving kit was not available. Room condition was OK. The breakfast was also OK. The location is good and close to Railway station. The staff is trained. The room service - the veg pakora was not good.

The Hotel was part of a tour package and I was not able to select the hotel. I came to Varanasi to see the Ganges, but if I was on a true vacation, I would have been disappointed in the hotel. The TV didn't work. I couldn't get WiFi. The Cell phone reception in that area was poor.
The hotel is distance from the Ganges. In my free time from the guided tour ,I wish I was closer to the river. I was adventurous and decided to walk there and back. Google said 53 minutes, but it is more of 1.5 hour walk one way to the Ghats.
The restaurant staff was friendly and I enjoyed the food. The room was clean and I got a good night sleep.
I did get early check-in from my 6:20 arrival from Delhi.
But if I were to return to Varansi, I would try another hotel

I stayed just few hours in this Hotel. Checked in the morning and checked out in nearly two hours only. Hotel definitely requires better up keeping of Bath rooms. I find the Bath Tub screen was heavily soiled and it was immersed in the water. It is quite in hygienic, it can spread diseases. They need to take care of these things more than anything else.
Breakfast spread was quite limited but it was serving basic food.
Rooms size is too small and we have very little space to hardly walk in tot he room..

The room & amenities were ok but the staff from every department be it guest care or housekeeping were pathetic! On the second day of our stay there we realized that the housekeeping staff was not even changing the bedsheets or covers, just refolding & rearranging them again!
Worse still, we as Indian tourists were discriminated against & spoken to very rudely by the receptionists(especially the male ones) while the Blonde foreign tourists were treated like they were the Gods returning to this holy city! Also the hotel is very overpriced! Will never visit again & would not recommend anyone to. There are much better hotels in the same range.

The hotel grounds were beautiful. The swimming pool was a cool but welcome relief. The restaurant was convenient and offered good food. The service provided by the front desk was not good. They seemed reluctant to offer anything out of the usual. The safe in the room was locked so I could not use it and after 2 days it was still locked. I had lost something in the hallway and after 2 days they told me it was not found. I am not sure they made any effort.
