The place is far from the beach. It lies on the way to curlies/cafe liliput. Rooms are very spacious and has balcony to let you enjoy the pleasant weather.
Our experience had not been great though. AC and water heater were not working properly. Though on complaining the hotel staff immediately fixed it but both had troubles in operating.
Breakfast menu had limited (5-6) options and only Indian food was served. In drinks, they served only tea/coffee and no juices/shakes.
Swimming pool was clean and had two sub pools for kids. Hotel staff was courteous and prompt in replying.
Avoid the property if you are looking for happening places to stay. It's a property located somewhere in a serene place.

This Place is Situated one kilometer from Anjuna Beach.This small hotel is equipped with all the facilities like bar, Restaurant, Swimming Pool and a comfortable Room.
We enjoyed our stay at this place. Staffs were Very Co-operative specially Mr Kewal.

Spend 3 nights in this nice boutique hotel. It also has a beautiful Swimming pool and Gym by the side.
Rooms are spacious. They have an inside restaurant also. Infact a resto-bar. Liquor available.
The best thing about hotel is that its near to anjuna and baga beach and you can take bike on rent from a shop thats right in front of this hotel. Also private car with driver facility also is available upon demand.
Hotel stay is a bit costly compared to other ones over here.. but definitely recommendable for the services you enjoy over here.

Don't go by the pictures, Property is not great, their beds make lot of noise. AC gave lot of trouble. Their breakfast SUCKS. They charge so much for per night & give very sad breakfast too bad, staff is polite probably the management is miser. Don't go for this hotel ,other good options available in this price

Beautiful and comfortable hotel. Big rooms and cleaned. Good service at all. Restuarant is also available. Taste is also good. Liquor is also available with variety. Rates are little bit high and should be revised.
