This a really good hotel with great views from some rooms. Be sure to ask for a room with a river view. The rooms a somewhat small but still very comfortable. Like all Mercure hotels we have stayed in, the hotel is very neat and clean and the staff very helpful. The restaurant in the hotel also offer excellent food. The hotel is in a great location to walk across the rive into the old section of the city. A good value.

Perfect location overlooking the river and the beautiful city of Albi. Well appointed public areas let down a little by the quality of bedrooms which whilst comfortable are a little small and do not reflect the character of the building. But the view from the window over the river makes up for this shortcoming.
Staff are all helpful. Free parking on site s an added bonus.

We had reserved a river side room and it was very quiet and nice. A little on the small side, but the view was incredible. The bridge and cathedral were a beautiful site. Employees were friendly. We are Americans and English was spoken. The city was working on the water line and the water to the hotel was turned off the morning after we checked in at a specific time. There was no verbal information given to us, nor was there a notice in the room stating this information. There was a sign on the opposite end of the check in counter from where we checked in and another customer was in front of the sign when we checked in. Also there was a sign with the information about the water shut off in the elevator, but other people were in the elevator and the sign was blocked. It was an inconvenience and could have been avoided if they had put notice in the room, or told us at check in. The staff tried to make amends by providing us with a book on Albi and some cookies which was nice. This hotel was very nice and a great Location. When we made our reservation we had the hotel make a dinner reservation for us at a local restaurant Ambroisie. Very small local restaurant worth patronizing. More than likely you will need a reservation. Albi and Mercure Albi Bastides well worth having on your travel list of places to see.

The hotel is in the center of Albi on Tarm river. It has good restaurant. The building was built by red bricks. It should be good for business and leisure. アルビ市の重要文化財に選ばれているメルキュールホテルは、Tarm川に面した美しいホテル。室内は、機能的で豪華な感じはないが、Wifiも強く朝食ビュッフェも美味しい静かなホテルです。レストランのテラスからは二本の橋が見え、ショッピングエリアには歩いて5分くらいで行ける便利な立地。

The hotel is located beautifully on the river and within easy walking distance of the old town .Our room was comfortable and had a fabulous view of the river and the cathedral. Our main complaint was that the lovely duvet on the bed kept us too warm. We slept with the window open all night. Also, there was no place in the bathroom to hang our towels. The hotel staff was wonderful and helpful.
