Air con didn’t work had the worst sleep as was so stuffy. Couldn’t open door due to road noise and no security screens on sliding door. Big stain on the carpet. Old and run down bathroom. Not worth the money. Food at restaurant was expensive and not worth it.

Great family hotel located in easy distance from all theme parks. Rooms well kept and spacious. Friendly staff with easy check in and out. Breakfast buffet was great with lots of options. Price is very reasonable considering location. Thanks

Trip was good, consierge was a bit lazy to help with our bags as we struggled to our room. Cindy the room service addendant was quiet place to stay.
Pool & Spa was clean and tidy. Towels for pool available from consierge. Food was great and plentiful.

This hotel definitely falls in the average category for me. It’s nicely located amongst gardens and golf courses and the entrance driveway is nice. The rooms appear to be located in different buildings which may mean a walk for some people from the car park to their rooms.
The room itself was standard issue hotel room. The housekeeping was well done however it was clear that the room could do with a good deep clean (as shown by the mould in the grout in the bathroom).
No minibar but the room service was good and quick.
Okay for families but be aware you may get a room that requires going up flights of steps to get there.

The room was excellent clean and well equipped wifi available . Parking was under cover . The dining room was very good with plentiful meal choices excellent service and very good quality . The location of the property is excellent very quiet and right next to an excellent golf course .
