A lovely albeit qerky hotel with lots of history. Very clean throughout, friendly and helpful staff with good food. Oout of the way location accesible via tube and DLR. Official location is Greenwich but think it is nearer Lewisham.

Cake for afternoon tea, the food was absolutely amazing and the staff couldn't do enough. Nothing much more to say than fantastic and worth every penny.
It was my partners birthday and they included him a birthday cupcake. Just amazing 😊

Well connected by train, yet away from the hustle and bustle of town. Greenwich is well worth exploring! Fantastic views from the hotel. A comfortable and cosy bar. I would stay here again. More for couples than families.

My husband and I stayed for four nights at this hotel . The staff in this hotel are exceptional ,so friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good , plenty of choices . Nice relaxing bar . Good accessibility for anyone who uses a wheelchair or who has mobility problems.

I stayed here a couple of weeks ago on bonfire night, for an out of towner it took a bit of finding, even with a sat nav, The whole ground flour and basement area is overstated, because it does have a WOW factor, at check in I was offered an upgraded room, having been told my single room was quite small, well, I can't complain, but, for an upgrade my room was very narrow, I could touch both walls when I out stretched my arm's, but the fitting in this room were very well appointed, so, I though, give it ago, its only one night, and they had sorted me a meeting room for the next morning. Well I had to slide the bed over because there was about a foot each side, so at least I could get in and out of it from one side, but my main problem was the room which had the toilet and shower on a lower level than the bed area, was cold, not just cold but a damp cold, even the bath towel felt damp, I turned the air con full up to it highest temp, but only the upper area got warm, the flooring which was wood and ceramic tiles was freezing, I kept my shoes on all evening, even my bedding which was very clean, felt damp, and the room stayed that way all night, and the air con didn't have much effect.It was a very disappointing stay, because this place has had money spent on it, but from my view it missed the comfort factor.
The reason I've not been more aggressive about my stay here was the staff, in every area they were spot on, you couldn't fault them, they didn't design the place, and I'm sure they must had to deal with a lot of room issues, but they did make up the difference, and it was very noticeable in a big big way. By that I not only mean reception staff, but also the restaurant staff too.
On an real negative their car park is very small, if you can't park on it, your on you own in finding somewhere, so make sure you ask when booking.
Would I stay here again, probably if I'm working in that area, at least now I know what to ask for and not accept what I might end up with.
