Worst breakfast ever!
Cornel Bon 04/06/2017 08:03They have no vegetables at all at breakfast, the coffee is actually ness, the food is scarce. One morning, about 7:50, there was chaos: no empty plates, no glasses, the tables were not cleaned, the food was missing. I think they had a large group before us, but this can't be an excuse for a big hotel. In the other hand, the hotel has nice and clean rooms, the bathroom is ok. The location however is far from the city center and the restaurants. Because of the terrible breakfast we will never return here.

Bogel7on 20/04/2017 18:06Great for a stop over... We stayed overnight on the way from Amsterdam to Tuscany and it was very comfortable. The barman told us about Lake Garda and we detoured via this awesome lake.... Good call from him!!!
Ideal for stopover

the service was excellent, both at reception and in the bar and restaurant.
Thr room (upgrade!) was very spacious and well equipped

jayne0808on 23/01/2017 10:10You arrive off the motorway madness and pull in to a lovely Hotel. Very warm welcome at reception, lovely seating are, magazines, computers, great ambience. Room was very nice, surprisingly quiet for being so near to an airport. Dinner was just perfect, fantastic service from staff and the food…… it was outstanding. So reasonably priced and very good wine list. The chef is obviously passionate about his food and that comes across in his food, fine dining at a Mercure, top rate.
Clean, modern, comfortable

Rooms are clean and modern. Staff is polite and helpfull. You can easily call here as a hip hotel. Perfect choice for business trips and touristic visits.
Good restaurant both for breakfast and dinner.
It will be my choice on my next Riva del Garda vacation.
