What People are saying

Lovely hotel

Janet A on 15/11/2017 15:23

The hotel was in a nice area close to Montmartre, Rue Lafayette and very close to the metro.
We stayed in the two bed apartment which was lovely. It had two ensuite bedrooms and a seating area with a kitchenette. Very spacious.
The breakfast was great, with freshly squeezed juices.
Would definitely recommend it.

Smart hotel

Martyjojo on 05/11/2017 15:21

Stayed just one night for business purposes. Smart hotel, really nicely decorated. Whilst my room inside nice it was quite small & at the end of the hotel, up a separate flight of stairs accessed off the 5th floor. Just a bit of a pain with luggage! Would say I left my phone charger in the room but emailed as soon as I had realised and they put it by for a colleague to collect. So thankyou.

My sons 30th birthday

Tracey L on 24/10/2017 17:09

A group of six of us stayed at this hotel on the 21st October to celebrate my sons 30th birthday, our check in was ok we did wait around a while for room considering it was 2oclock. I did email the hotel to request something in the room for my sons birthday but no reply so I guess they dont give anything. THE base was ok as we didnt spend much time in the hotel anyway but the room was very comfortable, tea and coffee facilities very poor and were not replenished on our second day which would have been nice after a long day out and about. The staff were very freindly and polite .Thank you for an enjoyable weekend. We visited disneyland on our second day which was fantastic. I found Paris very expensive and busy, so sad to see so many people begging on the streets. All in all we have a fantastic weekend has a family .

A few small tweaks could make this an excellent hotel!

Our trip was my husban's belated Valentine's present to go to the Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe horse race at Chantilly. I chose the hotel because we wanted to be close to the Gare de Nord, in a respectable area and I trust the Accor/Mercure brand.
Our Privilege room was not ready at 12 noon as per the booking form but that was OK because we went to lunch and started our sightseeing.
The good points of our stay were the location, the clean and quiet room, the room temperature and the comfy bed. The slight detractions from an excellent stay were the rude/unhelpful breakfast staff on the Saturday morning, the average cooked breakfast, the lack of hangers and storage space in the room and the flimsy paper cups for tea and coffee. The latter was very disappointing because one of the big selling points of a Privilege room is the Nespresso coffee maker. I realise that this is a minor issue but in a way it was more annoying because otherwise I really liked the hotel and it could have been an excellent stay.
The rude breakfast lady said "Madame demande beaucoup" to her colleague after I had to ask her help politely for 5 things when the breakfast bar and crockery were understocked. Things improved on the Sunday and Monday after I complained.

Great staff and lovely rooms

YoYoGabba on 05/10/2017 20:46

We stayed here for five nights as this hotel was closed to Paris Garde-Nord train station.

The hotel is small, only 6 levels and the lift is tiny and we were lucky to fit the two of us plus our luggage. We arrived close to 3pm and our room wasn't ready so we left our luggage and went for a small walk.

The rooms are small and it just took some time to readjust our luggage to make ourselves fit easily into the room. There is a cupboard and shelves which helped. The window looked out onto the back of the neighs building and hearing the church bell go off was a lovely sound.

Breakfast on the lower great was great. It's nice to have a hot breakfast. There are many restaurants and cafes close by as well as a short walk to des Halles shopping mall which also has many restaurants along the streets prior to the mall. The laundromat is only a short walk. It was the most expensive laundromat I've experience on our holiday.

Our room was exceptional cleaned everyday. The reception staff were helpful.

Highly recommend
