Stayed 4 nights. Had 2 connecting rooms for our family of 4.
Rooms are big, but little tired.
Everything is clean
Service is good, strong wifi
Big pool area
Breakfast is nothing to write home about.
Location s good: about 200 m from Second road. Free tuktuk is present, but short walk is nice

I have stayed at the Mercure Pattaya over 15 times for business and pleasure and it has always been a nice, quiet hotel with friendly and great staff who are always willing and accessible to help with anything. The hotel is close to the centre of town. The hotel has a big pool, bar and nice in-hotel food. The rooms are clean and fit for purpose.

Overall staying experience was nice, the staff service was good. The hotel location is located in an alley so quite some distance from the main road, however, there is a shuttle provided to the main road.

I simple words they provide more than they claim and service up to the mark..
Let me start by my room being upgraded, the manager TIM is very very pleasant, gives you maximum information to enjoy the best of your trip. The hotel is very clean, pool is good, breakfast is good can be better.
The staff is always readily happy to help, especially CHART (bell boy) my overall experience was very good and next time I am not coming to Pattaya it will surely be 'MURCURE PATTAYA'

I stayed here for five nights,Access to the second street was very convenient.But I did not know this at first night.Access to the second street is possible through another hotel.This hotel only allows the hotel guests to go to their hotel.The staff of this hotel is very good for guests of this Access to the second street is also possible through a shopping center called avenue .
