Stayed for one night with COSMOS TOURS. Discovered good coffee with breakfast. We felt this set the proper standard. A welcome improvement on the previous hotel in chaotic Rome. No adverse comments to make. Hence this hotel is better than average. You might need to bring your own kettle, travel plug adaptor and powdered beverages in sealed bags. Now we realise that welcome trays are not to be expected in Italy.

I recently took a long tour through continental Europe, staying at hotels in more than twenty different cities, and 16 countries. This is one of the best hotels we stayed in. The entire staff is amazingly helpful and accommodating.

Absolutely beautiful hotel out side of Siena. Fairly new construction. Took about 15 minutes to drive to the old town. The breakfast was great. The bed was hard as are all the hotels we stayed at in Italy. The people were Great. Elisa was especially helpful. Overall I would stay here again.

I was there in group. Our bus cant drop off in the lobby so we have to carried our luggage along the pathway. First came into the lobby, we were amaze that the lobby was so big. The room had enough spaces too. It was not so much choices for breakfast, maybe because i was in group. But at least everything was okay. I dont have any negative words to say.

Apparently. The hotel administration decided to respond to a post I made back in July were I went off on how my family and I were treated terribly by the waiters in the restaurant and about how hot the rooms were.

You said there is a thermostat in the room to allow me to control the temperature. True! However, my experience was so that even when I set the thermostat to the desired temperature, IT WAS STILL HOT!
Secondly, you should be ashamed of yourself by telling me that the restaurant staff is nice and friendly. Clearly, customer service is not something you are acquainted with. In case you haven't heard or learned yet, the customer is always right! And by you taking the time to respond to my post and tell me that your employees are friendly, well it just further adds to how terrible your hotel is! Not even hotel management knows what customer service is!
Io ho frequentato 8 corsi d'italiano nella università e ho avuto dei professori bravissimi. Erano troppo carino e per l'esperienza che ho avuto con loro, mi sono inamorato della lingua e cultura italiana. Dopo quest'esperienza con voi, mi fa pensare!
Lo giusto fosse dire: ci dispiace noi. Noi miglioreremo nel futuro. Vogliamo fare tutto per fare voi felici.
