Sandy090455on 19/11/2017 08:17Stayed there in August through working at Bagman bay power plant. The hotel was comfortable an spacious and fairly clean. Facilities the room had tea and coffee making facilities, which was fine but was difficult to get milk tea and coffee to replenish what was used. Eventually had to go to reception to have this filled daily. The other downside was the room did not have a decent chair to sit in after a hard days work, sitting in a chair to relax with a cup of tea was non existent.
The food in the hotel was good and had good choices, breakfast was very good.
This is a nice hotel a bit out of the way but would suit people who wanted to have a weekend break away from it all. I only gave this a 3 due to the fact the cleaners at the hotel were lazy.

Very nice and clean, room was spacious and comfortable.
Location is useful if you need the business park, bit out of the centre of town though. Bar was nice, though I didn't eat.
Staff couldn't have been friendlier.

Rosstheboss18on 17/11/2017 18:15Stayed for two weeks whilst on a course in Swansea. This hotel was ideally situated, clean and the staff were very friendly and nothing was to much trouble for them. The room itself was large an roomy, with all the usual facilities you would expect. The bed was large and comfortable. My only criticism is that possibly the bathroom could be in need of an update, although it was clean and useable. Breakfast was good, large, varied and of good quality. The main menu on the night time was large and varied. However on a few occasions the food itself was not as nice as expected. Eatable certainly however not sure its value for money. Overall I enjoyed my stay, and would certainly return should I be on business or pleasure trip to Swansea. Thanks again to all the hard working staff at this hotel.

on 17/11/2017 17:36Although not in the city centre this is a nice quiet hotel. Rooms are comfortable and staff friendly. The restaurant is also quite good and food tasty. I always stay here as the staff will always try and help.

oxonjanon 11/11/2017 21:58Had a super night. Stayed 1 night with the dog and stayed in exactly the sand room as last time. Very friendly check in and super breakfast. We were told that the dog was barking in our room whilst having breakfast so we went to get her and they happily moved our breakfast to another area so we could bring her down and eat with her. Great all round for a dog friendly hotel .
