I would like to say thank you to the staff and management of the hotel after my recent stay. I was looked after so well and I don't hesitate to recommend the hotel to anyone. Excellent staff, very comfortable and a great location.

Nice hotel, perfect location, good service, good food, good sleep quality, not very expensive, nice people. near the centre with all the necessary amenities, friendly staff, overall a really good experience.

I stayed 4 days at this hotel in Oct-17 and took up the fantastic 'Go Green Get Rewarded' offer. The offer was a $10 per day credit for food and beverage at any of its food outlets subject to a maximum of 2 consecutive days for forgoing daily room cleaning services. I received $20 worth of dining and spent it all at the hotel's Soul Cafe because it served a very delicious flourless orange cake and very good coffee. I was glad to hear from the room cleaners that their wages were not cut when guests opted for the offer. Hope my fellow travellers will seriously consider the offer at this pleasantly run establishment.

Couple of things that is very important to me is sleep, access to internet and comfort especially if I am travelling alone for work.
I had the noisiest air con in my room which took the hotel took a couple of days to fix. As this is the only point of ventilation in the room and very close to summer a broken air con leaves wakes me up several times every night.
The internet is so poor I am struggling connect to google search and it took me nearly 10 minutes just to open this page and type this review. I have actually complained and they have said someone is going to come have a look straight away. Straight away has not happened yet, couple of hours later. I really hope this can get sorted as I would really enjoy to make a couple important Skype calls.
Further, I have asked them is their parking at the hotel. Yes, they said. I have thus borrowed a car, drove in hectic traffic to the hotel. When I got their they said I must use a carpark three blocks away.
Not very enjoyable stay. Will see how the next couple of nights go, as I really hope it will improve.

Very basic accomodation, but clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is in China town and very handy to all things - trams, Flinders St Station etc. Staff very helpful and friendly.
