Very nice hotel, walking distance to shopping, restaurants, bars and waterfront. Taxis/ buses are right out front and the tram stop is a 5 min. walk. Also close to the Rossio train station and a 7 euro taxi ride to the Santa Apolonia train station. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable, clean and modern.

Hotel Mercy is a fantastic hotel in an incredible location walking distance from all the best sights and entertainment areas. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast is a buffet with an extensive choice of hot and cold options. I would definitely go back to Lisbon and stay at this hotel

Super friendly staff , Good location, Cosy hotel.
Perfect for business trips as well as for private trips.
If I ever go back to Lissabon I will definitely choose this hotel again.
The only thing is that there is a lot of traffic so for some people it will be hard to sleep over there.

nice location in downtown Lisbon everything walk distance. Free excellent break fast ... helpful staff..

Cons.. smaller lobby area... rooms are pretty tight space..

Price during Websummit was too high (probably similar to other hotels), but everything else perfect. I like the hotel and the perfect central location, still easily reachable by taxi as well. Room lighting could be a bit brighter.
