Nice hotel in a quiet town. We were passing through and this hotel suited us well. The family who run the hotel made the stay very plessant.
The room was big and clean. The pool area was very nice.
We tried the pizzas at the hotel and they were delicious.

If you happen to be in Arbus and you look for a place just to sleep and spend the night this is for you.
Hotel is refurbished recently, clean and staff are helpful. There is a pizza restaurant inside hotel that is the only pizza place you'd like to go in Arbus.
There is a tiny swimming pop for very hot days: surprisingly enough it is situated on level -1 close to guardians apartment.
It is "ok" for Arbus.
The price is cheaper than B&B in city and I recommend this place instead of B&B.
Visit the picsinas dune beach if you stay in Arbus!

What does my rating mean?
I rate the value of a place not it's perfectness; meaning that an excellent place does not mean that everything is perfect but that the price value relation is excellent.
We stayed in June 2015 as a couple, one night, as a walk in.
We payed Euro 59 for room and breakfast.
Room: clean, big, nice balcony (but fully exposed to the sun up until 5pm and no umbrella, had to request more soap for shower, no soap at sink (we brought some from the previous hotel). Room was in the first floor, just above the reception and restaurant, meaning it was very noisy. try to get a room higher up and away from restaurant and reception. We always bring earplugs, do also to be on the safe side.
Pool: Was out of order when we stayed, if important to you, ask for the state of the pool at time of reservation. We have noticed that many hotels have a pool but it is always out of order or in renovation (for years). So just ask to be sure. Pool would be ok, no view but decent size for price.
Food: breakfast is italien (cappucino and a brioche) some more food availabe but not a lot (mainly bread). Dinner went to the restaurant in the hotel: great food, great prices (try the pizza, or any of the pasta).
bath: shower ok size, decent pressure, clean
Parking: secure parking behind locked gate overnight

In low season this large hotel has no soul. It is spartan and lacks character. The restaurant serves acceptable but very ordinary food. Even the pizzas were nothing special.
Clean comfortable and [perfectly acceptable but no memories to cherish.

Late at night and we were getting desperate. Suddenly found this hotel in a main one way street. They couldnt do enough for us English speakers. Power plug, wifi, good meals and breakfast. Husband helped and did breakfast. Pizas great. Parking at rear locked at night. Great view. recommend this family run hotel. And near many ancient sites.
