Shared a 2 bedroom apartment on the 16th floor with friends. Quite amazing.
Buffet evening and breakfast times was excellent - plenty of choice for all nationalities.
Roof top bar with great views. Staff and service was excellent. Location is great for shopping and eating.

A very good hotel in Miri - Sarawak Malaysia, we stayed in 15th floor, was a great stay, excellent hospitality, large spread variety breakfast, room was spacious with all modern amenities, the hotel is situated heart of the city and attached to Parkson Shopping Mall (special access). Will stay again

The pool - awesome location but badly maintained

The room was dated. You got the 90's vibe goin on with yellowish linens and worn out pillows. Oh not to mention the yellowish towel as well. The bed gave you that hot dog in the bun kinda feeling then you can feel the springs poking out. My fridge is not working at all. Poor lighting. Dirty carpet. Mouldy bathroom. The wifi is non existing. Dont bother connecting to it. In front of my room there were a few bags of used towels that the housekeeping collected in the morning and i still see them at 9pm. No wonder their towels are yellowish. Disgusting.
The hotel location itself was good and the room was spacious.
However, pease avoid checking in. Not worth the money. Lantuh hotel as the local Ibans said.

Hotel Lobby ilooks like a 2/3 stars reception. No class. There is a Side door leading into Parkson that you use to walk into the rest of the mall.
My room was on the swimming pool level which was extremely noisy. There was a big foyer with rooms along All four sides. This is the worst hotel I have stayed. It doesn't feel like a hotel 4 star hotel- cheap looking decor/furnishing/ etc.
Not worth paying the room rate. I would not recommend to my friends. Should be OK as an office block. Definitely not as a hotel.
