The location is good. Easy to access. Near the station. A bit noise in weekend. The room not very clean but with a big place for cooking. Staffs are very nice and helpful. The room seem a little bit old.

We have stayed here many times and will keep coming back. I love the location and you can’t beat the value for money. It is basic and clean and the staff are always friendly. You don’t have to go far at all to find great food on any budget and fantastic wine and coffee can be purchased right next door

My room on level 7 was nice, but the smell of the curry was in the hallway from the basement restaurant and seeped in. The aircon was old and noisy. My friends stayed there as well and were on the alley side of the building. They thought it was noisy (rubbing trucks etc)

Very pleasant, with the only drawback the fact that entry is not friendly to old or physically handicapped people. I would recommend it to all my able bodied friends because it is handy to the trams and has plenty of eating places nearby.

Enjoyed my stay. Great location, well situated for business and eating etc, Quite serviceable comfortable room. Free Wi-Fi is a bonus. Staff pleasant and efficient Addition of mugs for tea and coffee would be good.
