Staff very helpful and friendly, the rooms were spacious and met our requirements. Disappointed that the room didn't have a safe which resulted in us carrying our passports and other essential documents around. Would we stay there again? Yes

The hotel was centrally located. The staff were friendly and obliging. The stand out for me was the quality of the food both room service and at the restaurant. I sent my compliments to the Chef via the staff member who delivered my meals in a timely manner, very, very friendly. What an experience. I definitely will return to this hotel.

This place is centrally located and has easy access to all important city lamdmarks And transit points. I stayed in a one bedroom apartment,which is self sufficient and decently planned. I loved the balcony which had a beautiful view.
Most important thing to mention is ,they have a great team in place both at reception and resturant.
Overall,it was a great time and I look forward to stay again.

Was a easy place to find and was nice and quite would like to have more time to see the site's of Gladstone will be back, will gladly stay at this property again good for the family close to harbor and city Centre.

Couldn't have asked for a better apartment. Special thanks to Jodie for assisting me with some important documents on arrival which got the job I was on across the line. I work away a lot and the cleanliness and make up of the room was second to none. Won't hesitate to recommend these apartments and hopefully will be back.
