We stayed for 5 nights in a room with two double beds. Hotel is in a good location close to cheap eats and the metro. Room was larger than expected. One of the beds in our room needs replacing as the mattress and base sinks to the floor but we just swapped beds to the other one. Bathroom clean and good shower. Breakfast was basic but filled you up.

Centrally located and a bit tucked away on a minor road. The staff are friendly and helpful, but there's a but I'll come to shortly.
The room was clean, except for the pillows which I'll also get to shortly. The only window was in the bathroom, which was covered with damage blinds and gave views only of the back of another building. Fixtures were in good condition, with only the bathroom counter showing some superficial damage from wear and tear.
I enjoyed the included breakfast, which is your choice of several options put out for you, but you have to get there early. Though they state that breakfast is served until 10 if you get there by 9:45 or so there won't be much left.
Now the "but": there were no towels in the room and 3 out of 4 pillows smelled a bit funky. The 4th was perfectly fine. Both issues were reported to the front desk the next morning (I only need one pillow and I was travelling with my own towels anyway). The front desk indicated that she would let housekeeping know and I left to see the city. On my return that evening I discovered that housekeeping had not been to the room at all. As I was leaving the next morning and I was tired I let it go and didn't raise the issue again.

This hotel looks bright on the pictures, but it's not. Except the lobby an the common area, the building and especially the rooms are not well maintained. I got a room with torn curtains! Lot of dust and hairs in the furniture drawers! Even the linen in my bed, the first night were covered with little hairs, disgusting! So I slept over the blanket!
However a decent breakfast is included in the price, which is very good.
Despite everything, the staff is really nice many thanks to the ladies working in the breakfast area. And many thanks to Eleazar at reception desk who is doing a very good job!

Clean, not too expensive and GREAT staff! Breakfast is more than basic: Eggs and Pancakes are shuffeling every day. Todo bien! Good Location for everthing. 35min walk to Casco Viejo or some minutes via Metro. Best greets to Eleazar and all the best guys! Eric

This hotel will not hit the heights but it is good value and clean, perfect for a short stay as you pass through Panama City. Others noted cold showers but I didn't have that problem. Given the temperatures, a cool shower was pleasant in any case. The breakfasts are functional at best. A practical choice.
