We visited this property in March 2016 for 4 nights, it was our first trip to Delhi and given the great price at which we got we thought it could be a not so great place. But after reaching there we loved the rooms, even the washrooms so neat and spacious, with required amenities. Manager Mr Naresh was the best part of the hotel, he was always up to check if we are comfortable and was very kind and cooperative to all requests. Room number 301 and 401 were our favourites out of many rooms that we had booked there. These rooms were so spacious they could easily take even 5 people without congestion. Wi-Fi was ordinary, kept going off - we didnt mind though as we had good net packs on our phones. The location is very nice, near Paharganj market and soo close to RK ashram marg metro station, barely 2 minutes walk, we could see metro station and halting trains so clearly from our room 401 window. Rajiv Chowk was just the next station which was a vital connection on Yellow metro line. A nice place to stay if you are on a budget trip.
A perfect Place to rest in delhi

On a quiet square next Paharaganj, this a perfect central spot to discover delhi. The staff is really nice and helpfull especially the woman named Shruti at the reception desk. The rooms are like a 4 star hotel for the price of a budget hotel. at night you can walk into the street around to experience real delhi life. It is 10 years that I am going there and I and my friends always enjoyed the place.

Great friendly staff, in quiet side street, but you are right in the middle of everything. Just walk out the door and 50mtrs up the road the shopping is great and the food is as well. Best Chai tea in India just at the top of the road, small vender on the street. Hot water and towels were an issue but we were there for the experience. Just love India and all its organised chaos.

Pro's :
- Modern toilet and bath with big rooms.
- Friendly staff.
- Away from noise in Main Street Bazaar
Cons :
- Its away from the noise of Main Street but the rooms are not sound proof. If some idiot decides to wake up at 4am and leave the hotel, you are bound to lose your sleep. Them closing their doors and clicking of shoe's on the stairs will haunt you to your room.
-The hot bath ain't so hot if you are the last to have a shower
- Not properly maintained by one single room attendant (Naresh Kumar)
when we first entered the room , we knew that it wasn't swept from the previous occupancy and the toilets were not properly cleaned as well.
- Bad wifi. really really bad wifi :(
